Pivoting career paths in the pandemic

Rob DiGioia worked in the sound industry for the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. When the pandemic first hit, DiGioia wasn’t sure what would happen to him and his career with sound for live performances.
