Every semester brings new challenges for each student, whether that be completing difficult course work or dealing with mental health issues. Kirsten Kitto reports on the current semester and the available resources to assist students with different stresses.
A forum at Kitchener Public Library featured a digital presentation on the experiences of students with racial intolerance in area schools.
The university team is playing for a chance to win tuition money in a competition hosted by Tespa, a collegiate esports organization.
A Kitchener consulting firm, Overlap Associates, is conducting one-on-one interviews with staff and students during March.
It is recommended that adults get between seven and nine hours of sleep every night. Unfortunately for students, this is difficult to achieve, resulting in longer reaction times, poor attention spans and a loss of motivation.
Only about 10 per cent of students at Conestoga load funds onto their cards, but their use as a payment method, on and near campus, is inching upward.
