A new subdivision is on the way on the East side of Breslau.
Over 160 acres of farmland is set to be built into hundreds of different kinds of homes in the coming years, these include single detached, townhouses and multiple residential units, according to the Township of Woolwich.
The proposed zone change was made by Breslau Properties Limited.
With the population only rising in Breslau, it’s also possible for more commercial businesses to begin opening up.
In addition to more commercial opportunities, a new park and more walking space will give residents of Elroy Acres an area to walk and explore.
A continuation of Ottawa Street from Kitchener is proposed to reduce traffic through Menno Street in Elroy acres.
