The Grand River Transit (GRT) buses in the KWC region are receiving huge crowds of commuters, particularly for buses in school zones and those connecting to school routes. People are being left behind, missing class, and arriving late for work as a result of the buses being full or out of service due to overcrowding.
Grand River Transit did not immediately reply to requests seeking comment.
