Conestoga College addresses the shortage of student housing in downtown Kitchener by opening a new student residence early next year, located directly across from its downtown Kitchener campus. “We try our best to provide as many beds as we can to our student population across all campuses,” says Ayo Kofo,  Associate Director of Campus Residence and Housing. In six years, Conestoga has invested between $300 and $400 million in capital-intensive projects supporting current and new students, employees, industry partners, and the community.
