With the beginning of another school year at Conestoga, the college’s hallways turn into the students’ personal runway again. Full of people from all over the world, the college is a place where you will find a variety of styles.
Here are some of the fashion highlights of this week’s Fashion ICONdors:
“Wearing bright colours definitely puts me in a better mood,” Ballas said. “It definitely boosts my confidence.” She also mentioned that floral is her favourite pattern.
According to Kaldmore, “style defines you.” Youssef’s advice was to “express yourself through fashion.”
“I like to shop a lot,” affirmed Cañada. “I like to build my style. I go find a shirt one day and a month later or even an year later, I’ll find something that goes with it. I like to look somewhat presentable but I switch up a lot.”
“I basically dress to be comfortable and being comfortable to me means that I need to feel good with my body,” Ardelean pointed out.
“Everybody tries to have a good style here (at Conestoga),” said Grover.
“I look more for comfort than super dressy, but still something that looks nice,” was how Guevara described her style picks.
To be featured in an upcoming instalment of Fashion ICONdors, put on your best outfit and Spoke will find you, no matter where you are.
