The University of Waterloo Juggling Club is hosting its 27th annual Waterloo Juggling Festival this weekend.
The weekend-long event, being held at U of W’s Student Life Centre, showcases the world of juggling through workshops, performances and competitions.
With special-guest world-class jugglers from around the globe making appearances, the event will be sure to amaze and astonish casual fans and juggling enthusiasts alike.
The Waterloo Juggling Club president or “ring leader” as she’s known by her peers, Cassy Wiens was offering a free workshop at KPL (Kitchener Public Library) on Tuesday with the hopes of promoting the event and encouraging kids to learn how to juggle.
The family-friendly event offers a great way to spend your St. Patrick’s Day weekend, with its free workshops, while the gala show is modestly priced at $15 for adults and just $5 for children under 12.
