Conestoga College offers various different intramural sports that are played weekly by students. Co-ed volleyball is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, while basketball and indoor soccer are on Tuesday nights. Dodgeball and multisports are offered on Thursdays, and ice hockey is held on Wednesday nights. All sports run from the hours of 6 p.m.-10 p.m., other than table tennis, which runs on Fridays from 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.
All sports are held at the Student Recreation Centre on Conestoga’s main Doon Campus. The only sport held off-campus is ice hockey, which also requires students participating to pay a fee for ice time.
