VIDEO: Abandoned shopping carts are piling up in Kitchener

Around Fairview mall and Courtland ave. in Kitchener, the problem of abandoned grocery carts left on the sides of roads is not uncommon.

Carts from different stores scatter the streets and with winter approaching, some are dumped in snowbanks. Some local residents are not amused.
