Do you have what it takes to be Invictus? Many posters around Conestoga College have been asking that same question.

A group of business marketing students have organized the event with Soldier On,  a Canadian Armed Forces program committed to supporting veterans and serving members to adapt and overcome permanent physical or mental health injuries or illnesses through physical activity and sports.

On Monday, Nov. 11, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. the E wing of Conestoga’s Doon Campus will be hosting The Invictus Challenge. Students will test their strength in comparison to a soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces.

The event is a fundraiser with music, food and a draw. All proceeds from the event will go to the Soldier On foundation.

Organizers aim to raise $6,000 for the foundation. You can help soldiers with physical and mental injuries by donating to their GoFundMe.
