While many companies have struggled over the last nine months to cope with the challenges of adapting to business during a pandemic, Valhalla MMA charted a different path.
The martial arts gym in Cambridge was started by world champion kickboxer Gail King and opened its doors just last month. The pandemic served as a chance for King to do what she called a “life reset” and build her passion for martial arts into a business.
Spoke Online sat down with King and Chris Hope, one of the gym’s boxing instructors, to learn more about the gym and the challenges of starting up a business during the pandemic.
