Since last January, housing prices in Cambridge, Ont., have increase nearly 30 per cent from a median of $494,500 to $635,700, leaving many potential homebuyers dismayed by the sudden jump in cost.
However, there is an option that some buyers may be open to considering if they think small enough: a tiny home, also known as a container home. These have newly been considered to be an affordable housing option and can already be found in some areas in the region.
