The annual Festival of Neighbourhoods celebrated its 30-year anniversary recently at Kitchener City Hall. Neighbourhood representatives from around the city of Kitchener attended the event, showcasing their contributions to the community and learning about others.
In addition to a speech from Kitchener Mayor Berry Vrbanovic, the city gave away $20,000 to two lucky communities, providing funding for community projects.
