Taste of Roots is an Indian homemade food and delivery service in Kitchener.
Het Modi and Shubham Pansaria, a duo from India, started the company. The tiffin service began in October last year. As international students, they not only take care of their studies, and take responsibility for their household chores, but also cook and deliver food for more than 15 customers every day using public transport.
Delivering food on public transport in the middle of winter isn’t an easy job.
