Conestoga College hosted its 14th annual Pow Wow on March 16 in its recreation centre at the Doon campus. The institution hosts a significant cultural event yearly, celebrating Indigenous traditions with traditional dancers, music, and food. The audience is encouraged to join in on the dancing and food, which creates an opportunity for people of different cultures to come together and learn about each other. The last event by the institution had about 5,000 people come through the gates. The celebration is a great family and social event.
