Every Tuesday night since Feb. 26, the Ram Frog Ranchers at the University of Guelph have met in preparation for their 10 p.m. game.
Tespa, an organization that hosts online games for students, offers a variety of different games. But Hearthstone is the one this team plays weekly — in hopes of earning money towards their tuition.
There is no limit to the number of teams from a school but each team does need three players. More information is available here.
The Ram Frog Ranchers did not know each other before becoming a team and now they talk through a group chat about decks and strategies that they may bring to their weekly games.
