AUDIO: Proposed roundabout at Dickie Settlement and Roseville Rd. sparks concern for residents

A proposal for a new roundabout at Dickie Settlement and Roseville Rd. has drawn criticism from nearby residents. Conestoga residence deals with students’ dirty laundry
